It was the first Southern Baptist church mega auditorium. · Led in the establishment of a professionally staffed Christian Preschool, Kindergarten – Sixth Grade, and Day Care Program located at RSBC. · Led in the creation of COME ALIVE, a television and radio broadcast ministry of Roswell Street Baptist Church, reaching over 20,000,000 homes weekly. · Led in the establishment of a Christian Radio Station, WFTD l080 AM. · Led in the creation of Love Life, Inc., a ministry of Roswell Street Baptist Church, which operates a Women’s Pregnancy Center, offering alternatives to abortion, and establishing The Clay Home, a home for unwed mothers. · New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary has named an academic chair Nelson Price Chair of Leadership. · New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary has established the Nelson Price Center for Urban Studies. · The Georgia Baptist Convention has named their 42 bed drug rehabilitation center the Nelson Price Drug Rehabilitation Center.
